Of course. With your receipt we will happily exchange unused items within 14 days or refund you the amount. Just speak to us at the till.

You can pay cash or by card – common debit and credit cards as well as contactless payment with your smartphone are no problem.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, you will find parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Alternatively, you can reach us easily on foot or by public transport.

We are happy to gift-wrap your purchase – just ask at the till. Vouchers in any amount are also available and make a popular present.

How do I find out whether a specific product is in stock?

Give us a quick call or send a message – we will check straight away whether the item is available. On request we will set it aside until your visit.

Yes, you can reserve items and collect them in our shop. For selected products we also offer delivery within Altstadt, Nürnberg.
